Where this stops

What we don't do.

Most of this industry sells you a boundary by not mentioning it. These are ours, written down, so you can decide before you buy rather than after.

We don't replace the system you already have.

If you run an ERP, keep it. This is the shop-floor half it was never good at — capture, real job cost, and the seam into your quality records. It works beside your system, not on top of it.

We never sell you the box.

No hardware, no sensors, no telematics contract. If you already have machine or vehicle telemetry, we take the feed and put it next to the job it belongs to. If you don't, that is not a purchase we will talk you into.

We do not do design of experiments.

It is a real discipline and it is not ours. What you get instead is every job you have already run, costed the same way, so the comparison you need is a query rather than a study.

We don't simulate your shop.

Your bottleneck answer comes from your own history, not from a model of it. That is slower to start and much harder to argue with.

We don't charge you for diagramming.

draw.io is free and excellent. Where drawing a process helps inside a record, it is there and it is not a line on your invoice.

Design here exports RGB.

It is for the price sheet, the label and the sign on the door — the things you make and use yourself. When the job is going to a commercial press, that is a print shop's tool and we will say so.

And if you stop paying us.

We would not stop a plant from working because an invoice slipped. After about three months of non-payment the system locks to read and export only — your records stay yours and stay readable. Non-payment degrades it; it never kills it.

One honest correction to a thing we could easily oversell.

You will still have device problems — a shared tablet that times out, a browser that needs managing, the Wi-Fi in the back bay. What changes is that it is one set of those problems instead of one set per application. That is a large difference. It is not the same as zero, and anyone telling you otherwise has not run a plant.
